Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box along with your printed return slip.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
